Industry-academia cooperation

AblePrint Technology actively promotes youth training programs, and cooperates with colleges to conduct off-campus internship to provide students with employment opportunities, gain workplace experience, and allow students to accumulate manufacturing and industry R&D knowledge. At the same time develop talents for the semiconductor industry and enhance the social feedback concept of the youth's ability to work.

Charity care

APT Adheres to the concept of allowing society and using society and fulfilling the spirit of corporate social responsibility. The person responsible encourages colleagues to participate in public welfare activities, integrates the internal resources of the company, and repays the general public.

Environmental protection

Beach cleaning is more than just picking up trash! The marine environment have been affected because of human activities and pollution. As some might know, Taiwan is surrounded by the sea; through the beach cleaning process, APT has raised the colleagues' concept of protecting Taiwan’s oceans, have a deeper understanding by experiencing and understanding the surrounding environment, and achieving the purpose of promoting the environmental education. It is hoped that through beach cleaning activities, every participating employee can develop the habit of reducing, reusing and recycling in their daily life.

AblePrint Technology cares about all employees and committed to creating a happy workplace environment, and becoming the driving force for sustainable business operations. APT has a highly competitive salary system; and the Employee Welfare Committee provides various and considerate welfare measures every year. The company carefully plans many activities for employees to take care of their overall physical and mental health, so colleagues be able to concentrate and work peacefully.

Health management

AblePrint Technology values the importance of employees’ health. The company cooperates with hospitals, arranges regular health checkups every year, hires physicians to provide on-site services to assist colleagues with understanding the health check reports, and provide professional advice for colleagues to seek the correct medical resources.

Family activities

AblePrint Technology upholds the concept of taking care of its own employees, and their families. Every year, APT plans activities like “APT's family-day” that allow employees' family members to participate to create a bond between employees' families; At “APT's family-day” employees’ family members and colleagues shall get to know each other. These events have brought together three generations of elders, adults and children to enjoy a joyous day together.

Maternity regulations

In response to the government's policy to the increase in fertility rate, APT provides pregnant women with exclusive parking spaces and maternity subsidies when a colleagues and their spouses deliver their newborn. The male employee may take five days of paternity leave within a period of fifteen days before, on and after the day of birth. During the paternity leave, the wages shall be paid.

Environment safety

With the goal of "zero accidents, zero injuries, and zero pollution", APT regularly reviews safety, health and environmental protection related activities, and provides complete and effective occupational safety and health education and training to all employees. New recruits have a total of 3 hours training arranged for occupational safety and health education and training and emergency response training. Office implement and arrange fire protection plans in accordance with the law; the plan include firefighting, notification and evacuation training every six months to enhance the ability to respond to disasters.

Communication liaison

Sustainable business operations rely on the stability of labor-management relations. AblePrint Technology values the importance of the employees’ voices and opinions. Regular labor-management meetings are held every quarter to promote communication and coordination between labor and management, so to establish a good labor-management interaction and trust relationship, thereby further improving the labor conditions and protecting the rights and interests of employees.
