APT has exhibited advanced semiconductor process solutions in SEMICON Taiwan 2022.

AblePrint Technology(APT) was invited by Metal Industries Research & Development Centre to exhibit the advanced semiconductor process solutions in Taiwan Localization Pavilion in 2022 SEMICON Taiwan Exhibition.
APT is specialized in semiconductor process equipment. As expert of de-void solutions in Semiconductor Assembly field, it helps lots of customer to solve void issues in packaging process through its self-developed void-free solutions.
In addition, APT also has developed the automated material handling system – the solution is called “Block Control” which is designated to fit for assembly process, it copes with APT automated void-free system and new OHT system to solve the AMHS problems of assembly house.
Last year, the total output value of Taiwan's semiconductor industry exceeded NT$4 trillion for the first time, playing a pivotal role in the world.
APT as a part of the semiconductor industry supply chain, will continue to focus on advanced packaging field to bring more solutions and contributions.
